a Delegate is a person attending on behalf of a District, each District may send 2 Delegates, Travel Reimbursement to and from Canmore, 3 Nights Hotel Accommodation (Thursday, Friday, Saturday – Double Occupancy), if Delegates do not share a room, then 2nd room is at the expense of the Delegate, Thursday Night Welcome Reception, Friday Breakfast, Lunch,& Banquet, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Delegate Welcome Package
